Discount Tire

I gotta say some of the best customer service. I’ve experience in a long time. I ordered five new wheels and tires from them. They helped me find the perfect set for my truck. Even steered me away from making a poor decision on color. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to recognize Mark, the manager at Discount Tire, for the excellent customer service he provided. He assisted my husband and me with getting a new tire and rim for our Audi A3, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even when there was one hiccup, Mark handled it professionally and made sure everything was taken care of. He truly represents what it means to be a great manager who is attentive, helpful, and committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond!

Second time customer at this location, and for a good reason! I purchased Bridgestone Alenza Prestige tires at Discount Tire because they beat my local Costco out the door price which was awesome. The tires are phenomenal and Im so glad I got these because now Im hearing about 30-40 % less noise in the cabin over all surfaces. My appointment was at 9 and by 10 I was on my out, no complaints for a tire that I ordered 24 hours prior. Costco would have easily had me wait a week for the tire and then half the day for install. Great staff here, great service, and I will always get my tires through you guys.

Nick was great helping me get the right wheels and tires for my truck. I was able to choose an appointment time for a later date. I came in for my appointment and they worked on it right on time. It only took over and hour for wheels and tires. Very pleased with my experience.

I recently had full sets of tires replaced on two different vehicals as well as alignments for both. Once its your turn service is quick, well explained, and they (at least for me) put in good effort. There was no pushy upsell, but they are trained to and do deal with mostly customers who know nothing about tires or cars. Additional services were offered, but after declining there was no push. I work on my own cars and knew what I needed. I had good service at a very reasonable price from this Discount Tire location. My only issue is the wait to check in for appointments or as a walk in for an alignment. I don't know if they are short staffed or if some of their management just doesn't want to check people in. I arrived early for both appointments, but by the time I waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes, my appointment window had passed. This is particularly frustrating when all you need is an alignment and could have had your vehical taken in right away while someone else was getting new tires before their alignment. If they got everyone checked in faster, it would probably speed everything up as small issues could be delt with faster and services such as alignments could occur
